Exercise for breast cancer survivors is a free workshop offered on Tuesday, July 26, at 6:00 p.m. at Adelphi University in Garden City. The program is presented by the Adelphi NY Statewide Breast Cancer Program in collaboration with the Nancy Marx Cancer Wellness Center at Sid Jacobson JCC.

Leading the workshop is Bonnie Oringer, who is certified as an exercise specialist, health coach and personal trainer working at the Wellness Center. She will teach exercises that can easily be followed at home. Participants should come dressed to exercise.
