Tina Conroy, E-RYT, RMT, is the Director of Energy Healing and Reiki Master at the Center for Wellness and Integrative Medicine. She also teaches all the Reiki certification programs and is a yoga instructor.

Energy work for Tina comes naturally and springs from the deep well of passion and love she found in her own healing journey. From childhood, she had an intuitive calling and an expansive gift. As an adult, she began cultivating her natural abilities and uses her sensitivity and attunement in her readings and healing sessions at the Center. Tina’s methods take many exceptional forms, all designed for the personal healing and transformation -unique for each of her clients.

Tina received her BA from American University. Inspired by several early teachers, including her teacher Rev. Terri A. Tina is trained in the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho method of natural healing, and holds Reiki Master Teacher Degree.

Tina is also a gifted yoga instructor at the RYT-200 level. She was initially drawn to yoga after the birth of her daughter and loves working with children and moms-to-be! Tina is also the Producer of the The Intuitive Woman Podcast, a weekly show which includes guided mediations, spiritual topics and featured guests.

Marisol Peralta
Pastry Chef, Baking Life Sweeter

Born and raised in Amsterdam, New York, Mari started baking at a young age with a stove that had to be lit with a match and a paper towel. Her measuring skills evolved from using regular utensils and a mug her mom used to cook rice to owning every color measuring tool there is. After moving to Long Island, New York for college, she landed an internship with MTV Tr3s and at the end of the program was hired as a production assistant. She worked for MTV Tr3s for 3 years and later moved on to freelance with RockShrimp who produced Throwdown with Bobby Flay. Although Mari wasn’t able to get hands-on experience with the food she was able to help with production set up, travel up and down the east coast and learn from one of her favorite chefs how to produce a #1 food show.

During a time while staying with a friend, after production, she learned how to cake decorate using fondant. She has mastered fondant decorating and has now branched off to enjoy not only baking pastries but cooking in general. With experience from various kitchen positions such as kitchen assistant manager for a Nashville restaurant, a pastry chef in the heart of Nashville at the Music City Convention Center and freelance work at different sport stadiums, she is able to produce, from scratch, desserts for parties as small as 20 people to military balls as large as 1,000 people.

Mari feels cooking and baking should be enjoyed by everyone, especially for those who say they don’t know how to cook or bake. She provides easy to use ingredients and step by step instructions for flavorful meals even the kids might enjoy.

Mari resides in Trenton, New Jersey with her husband of 8 years and two handsome children, Emilio 7 years old and Felix 16 months old. She is currently taking classes at local culinary school to better her skills and stay up to date with the ever changing food styles and flavors the kitchen has to offer.
