Paths to Wellness Online Series

The Adelphi NY Statewide Breast Cancer Hotline & Support Program is launching their free Paths to Wellness program virtually, starting March 31.

For six weeks, at 5 pm on Tuesdays, there will be wellness sessions for people to join at home. Participants are welcome to join in one or all of the sessions. Be sure to share this with your family and friends; the sessions are appropriate for all ages. Here are the dates and topics:

PATHS TO WELLNESS SESSIONS

March 31: Meditation with Jacob Cooper, LCSW, CH, RMT

April 7: Mat Pilates with Julianne Hull 

April 14: Nutritious Pantry Cooking at Home with Kristen Link

April 21: Gentle movement/Chair Pilates with Naomi Aaronson    

April 28: Self Care with Erin Nau, LCSW Counseling and Education Coordinator 

May 5: Yoga Sabrina Mosoala from The Happie House 

To register visit the program’s web site at breast-cancer.adelphi.edu and click on Paths to Wellness Online Series in the lower left corner. Then at “How to Register” select each session you are interested in attending.

Instructions for participating on the day of class: Log on by clicking this link by 5 pm. Make sure your microphone is on mute. Feel free to share a video of your practice or mute the camera. Please note: If you miss a program or want to revisit it, all of the sessions will be recorded and posted on our YouTube page
