Join us for an informative discussion about the importance of caring for yourself as a caregiver. You’ll hear about the value of self-care, where to go for support, and how to receive free counseling services and cancer screenings to maintain your emotional and physical health. We will also be featuring a caregiver who will share their personal experience with cancer and caregiving during those challenging times.
