Adelphi University’s Robert B. Willumstad School of Business is one of the nation’s outstanding business schools for on-campus MBA programs, according to The Princeton Review. The education services company profiles Adelphi in its recently reported list, Best Business Schools 2020. This is the first time Adelphi has been named to the list.
Princeton Review’s rankings are determined by an 80-plus question student survey that asks them about their school’s academics, student body and campus life as well as about themselves and their career plans. The surveys were conducted during the 2018–2019, 2017–2018 and 2016–2017 academic years. The rankings also take into account data such as acceptance rate, GMAT/GRE scores, salaries and employment rate.
As a Best On-Campus MBA Program, Adelphi is also on Princeton Review’s list of Best Business Schools in the Northeast.
“We recommend Adelphi as an excellent choice for a student aspiring to earn an MBA,” said Rob Franek, Princeton Review’s editor-in-chief. “What makes our Best Business Schools designations unique is that we take into account the opinions of students attending the schools about their campus and classroom experiences. For our 2020 list, we surveyed more than 20,700 students at 248 business schools.”
Rajib Sanyal, PhD, dean of the Robert B. Willumstad School of Business, expressed pleasure at the news, noting, “We are, of course, thrilled to learn of this recognition by Princeton Review. It is another validation, and a welcome one at that, of the high quality and personalized attention that characterize our AACSB-accredited MBA program, a program whose graduates can be found throughout the region in executive suites and leadership roles in organizations large and small, public and private, business and not-for-profit.”
