Benefits of Wild Salmon

salmonOne of the top 10 super foods for better health in the Nutrition Action Healthletter published for consumers by the nonprofit Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) is Wild Salmon:  “the omega-3 fats in fatty fish like salmon may help reduce the risk of heart attacks and stroke”.

Here’s a delicious and heart-healthy recipe for Grilled Salmon & Zucchini with Red Pepper Sauce from EatingWell. It also includes tasty, and good for your heart health, toasted almonds.
