Feel Good Friday with Tina Conroy – An Online Wellness Forum on Mindfulness and Self-Care

On Friday, November 15, at noon, join the Adelphi NY Statewide Breast Cancer Hotline & Support Program for an online wellness forum on mindfulness and self-care with Tina Conroy, Lead Wellness Instructor, and Reiki Master Teacher from the Center for Wellness and Integrative Medicine at Northwell Health.
In this one-hour Zoom session, Tina will lead attendees through her mindfulness practice and offer practical self-care tips that can be incorporated into everyday life.
Tina earned her BA from American University and is trained in the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho method of natural healing. She holds a Reiki Master Teacher Degree and is also a yoga instructor at the RYT-200 level. Tina’s offerings at the Center include meditation classes and healing circles, individual Reiki sessions, and Certification classes.
These forums are sponsored by The Junior Coalition of the Manhasset Women’s Coalition Against Breast Cancer and Northwell Health Cancer Institute.
