President Riordan Joins More Than 600 Universities in Signing Letters of Protest


See what Adelphi is doing to offer ongoing support and guidance to our students on DACA and immigration matters.

Supporting our students, staff and faculty is of paramount importance at Adelphi University in New York, a place where many nationalities, religions, ethnic groups and cultures have found a home. 

President Christine M. Riordan signed a nationwide letter of support to maintain Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) for our undocumented students. In addition, President Riordan signed the letter to Secretary of Homeland Security John F. Kelly in response to the immigration ban; read the letter and see the signatories
