Try Our New SMS Text Feature!

At Adelphi University Libraries, we always work to improve our services and offer you quick and useful information via different media. In an effort to improve the help you can get from us using SMS/text, we have added special keywords that will send you an immediate answer.

You may now text 516.272.4889 any of the following keywords and receive an automatic reply:

  • “hours” – Our current library hours
  • “studios” – Reserve one of our collaboration studios
  • “guides” – Search through our library guides and tutorials
  • “search” – Search for books, videos, articles, and more using OneSearch
  • “reserves” – Learn about and search for course reserves
  • “help” – Get more information about our automated texting system and further help
